This course offers personalised guidance, where together we create an alternative illustrated (or photographic) film poster. It will be split between 4 weekly sessions on Zoom, plus check ins and full support in between. Each session will be tailored to your skillset and goals, so all levels are welcome - from beginner to intermediate.
I will guide you through the process of ideation, to concept, to typography, to final illustrated film poster. I will share my knowledge of 10 years experience in the film industry, both commercial and freelance, as well as my illustration tips and techniques.
By the end of the course, not only do we create a film poster, but you will have direction on what to do with it next. Should a career be something you are aiming for, I can give you insight to what you may need to know to take the passion to the next level.
